A hotel that truly exceeded my expectations was a little gem nestled among the vineyards, just a short drive from Mount Etna and the stunning coastline.From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in warmth and intimacy. The staff's genuine happiness to work there was evident, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Alfonso, was a gracious host, proud of his establishment.The room, named Fiorre, was a delight with its personal outdoor sitting area and modern amenities. The culinary experience was exceptional, with homemade breakfast delights and a dinner showcasing a unique twist on traditional Italian cuisine, perfectly paired with their own wines.this hotel perfectly encapsulated everything I cherish in a hospitality experience.
